COMMON QUESTIONS
Common questions.
What products can I ask about?
Products you sell or use in your business: resale goods, everyday supplies, equipment or parts. Send the item or buying list. I’ll check supply, supplier minimums and delivery costs for your request.
Do I need import experience?
No. Start with a product link, photo or description. I’ll clarify the requirements and explain the purchase and delivery arrangements in your quote.
Can I order a small quantity?
Send the quantity you need. I’ll check availability, supplier minimums and whether the delivered cost makes sense for your order.
Can I send a photo or product link?
Yes. Add the quantity and U.S. destination if you have them. Mention any size, material, finish, packaging or other detail that must match.
What does the price include?
The product price includes my sourcing work and RZ Source’s trading margin. Your quote states which freight, import charges and checks are included, estimated or charged separately.
Can you work with my Chinese supplier?
Yes. Send the supplier’s details, the order and what needs doing. I’ll confirm the work and price before starting.
How do you check products?
We agree the checks before purchase. These may use supplier photos, video and documents, or a separately arranged third-party inspection. The quote states the method, scope and any extra cost.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are stated in your quote. You confirm the product, price, payment terms and checks in writing before I place the supplier order.
What if there is a problem?
Email Rick with the order reference, photos and what does not match. I’ll review it against the agreed requirements, contact the supplier and discuss the next steps with you.
Do you have a catalog?
I source to your request, whether you need products to sell or items to use in your business. Send what you need, the quantity and destination. For a repeat purchase, add the previous order reference.
Tell Rick what you need.
A link, a photo or a short message is enough to start.
