Information we collect
When you send a request, we collect your email and product description. You may also provide a name or company, specifications, quantity, destination and files. We keep the inquiry and related correspondence. Website security services may process your IP address and browser or network information.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your request, check supply, prepare a quote, arrange agreed purchases and delivery, and keep business records. We also use technical information to protect the website and inquiry service from misuse.
Who may receive it
We may share relevant product details or files with suppliers, inspection providers, logistics providers and others helping with your request or order. Providers of hosting, storage, email and security services also process information for those purposes, including Cloudflare for website services and Google Workspace for inquiry email. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.
Storage and security
Inquiry records and files are stored with our website service providers and in business email. We use access restrictions, file checks and other reasonable security measures. Uploaded files are not offered as public website downloads. No method of transmission or storage guarantees complete security.
International processing
RZ Source operates in China. Information you send may be accessed in China and processed by service providers in other countries. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.
How long we keep it
Inquiry information is not deleted on a fixed schedule. We retain it to handle requests, communicate about orders and meet transaction or recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it; some legal or transaction records may need to be kept.
Website statistics and browser storage
We use aggregate statistics for visits, referral sources, inquiry-link clicks and successful form submissions. We do not build individual browsing profiles or use advertising trackers. Browser session storage supports basic visit statistics. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional browser statistics. Security checks may process browser and network information to prevent misuse.
Access, correction or deletion
Email rfq@rzsource.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your request. We review requests under applicable law, including requirements to retain transaction or business records.
